Test Kitchen $40 per hour

The butcher block island in this kitchen is on wheels, making it easy to move around to accomodate your needs. Forno industrial double oven with 8-burner gas range is available for your use. Cleaning fee extra

Solarium: $40 per hour

This room is filled with sunshine almost all day. It is open to the hallway of the house but closes off with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall drapery if needed for privacy.

Valentina Suite: $80 per hour

Ideal for boudoir photography, this room is sunny and gorgeous. The peach tones in the space make everyone glow!

Private en-suite bathroom included.

Maria Mitchell’s Room: $60 per hour

A speak-easy, professorial vibe in this space makes it idea for portraits, intimate gatherings, and small meetings.
